During this module, students are introduced to the SecureNet Internship Program and complete the initial setup required to participate successfully. This session focuses on understanding how the program is structured, how communication works, and what tools will be used throughout the internship.

Students will cover the following topics:

• Overview of the SecureNet Internship Program structure and expectations

• Introduction to SecureNet departments, including Service Desk, Professional Services, Centralized Services, Technology Alignment, and vCIO

• Communication tools and workflows used during the internship

• Technical setup and access to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams

• Access to Kaseya One and Kaseya University for training and internal tools

• High-level overview of SecureNet’s technology stack and security platforms
